Many states are once again hosting tax-free weekends for back-to-school shoppers and everyone else who wants to save money on things like computers and clothing. OneDayBuys has compiled the list of items free from sales taxes by state.
Most states’ tax holidays start next Friday, August 3rd, and last to the 5th, but there are exceptions. Some are hosting tax free weekends again in the fall.
You can save up to 9% on clothing, school supplies, and computers. Some more unusual items exempt from taxes during this time include linens, EnergyStar products, ammunition and firearms, and even a property purchase (!).
