Ann Romney’s plane makes emergency landing in Denver

The campaign plane carrying Ann Romney, the wife of GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, made an emergency landing in Denver around 2:25 Friday afternoon, the campaign reported via Twitter.

Andrea Saul, the campaign’s press secretary, tweeted: “.@AnnDRomney plane makes emergency landing in CO. All okay. Thank goodness.”

Another tweet from the campaign’s Ryan Williams described the plane as “filled with smoke.”

Emergency vehicles met the plane on the runway.

    I don’t understand why it is always the Republican party to explain, apologize,and get called out on every word. Where is Obama’s Legal Birth Certificate, why has it not been publicly displayed, his legal name, what is it?? Barack Hussein Obama or Barry Soetoro and when was it changed back to Obama or was it? where are his school records and if he was born in America how did he go to school as an exchange student.       There’s a video traveling the internet that was made when Obama was running for the Senate where he admitted he WAS NOT a US citizen. He admitted on this video that he was born in Kenya!!!! Why hasn’t Congress taken this up and
      why hasn’t the media reported this!!!

      Don’t know you, but I sure agree with you. obama should not be president now. Why is supreme court afraid to confront him? No one was afraid to go after Nixon. obama is muslim and they have called for Christian heads to roll. Why do they need their lawyer license? This is why! They are so sure of another four years of living off the tax payer. He has embarrassed the United States and all of her people enough. obama go back to whatever foreign rock you crawled out from under.

        We better pray BO does not get re-elected because our older “supreme court judges” that will be retiring will be replaced by the people the president chooses. No one from that Court will ever see anything wrong which could be a reason for removing him as they removed Nixon…Thus, he will have all people on his side to do whatever he wants.     come on guys we know we don’t like the way obama has run our country the 4 years but really to be involved with the plane thing? we should all be focusing on getting as many people to the polls to vote romney so we don’t have to keep paying for the dems loans to terrorists and playing guessing games on his stupid birthcertificate. he sure is a master of putting things out to get us in a tailspin and off his trail it’s ridiculous. we need someone who actually will concentrate on the work to be done in our own country for a few than this guy we have now who is just wanting to be popular with the media and hollywood stars. if you don’t vote romney we might not have America in the next four years of obamaville.

    I am glad she is okay. Have any of you seen the horrible twitter comments. A guy named Andrew Posner has said some really ugly things about the almost tragedy. Please twitter him @Andrew_Posner. Let him know that TRUE, FAITHFUL, AMERICANS would not wish death on anyone. Not even ms. obama. There were some very ugly comments made. I thought the Liberals were supposed to be compassionate.
