Catherine Jimenez graduated in 2012 from Arizona Christian University with her Bachelors in Behavioral Health. It was here that her passion for relationships was cultivated.

Boundaries, intimacy, communication, passion, sex, and pretty much any topic on relationships will have her talking for hours.

She has two great loves outside of her husband, family and friends…traveling and food.

Her time spent living in India and Uganda working with women and children has provided her a very multi-cultural outlook on life.

She has been to 6 countries thus far and has no plan on stopping her adventures around the world. In conjunction with that she loves food! Any food, from anywhere, at anytime will do just fine for her.

Her favorites range from Naan bread from India to steamed cabbage of Uganda to pretzels of Germany to teriyaki chicken from Japan to Sprinkles cupcakes from Beverly Hills, CA.

Her trusted life motto is “Try everything twice.” (Hence she plans on having two children…maybe more.)

Her passion for this site is to write, post and share with women how to have healthy relationships in their marriages, families, colleagues and most importantly with themselves.

“We can’t truly be engaged with those around us unless we are first honestly connected with what’s going on inside our heads and hearts.”-Catherine Jimenez
